- ACAnna ConstantineMay 12, 20261.0Josh was so rude and flippant …I had a large box to mail and asked if this once he could tape he told me send priority and he would! I made a funny like wow aren’t we a bundle of fun and he said right back at you! I HAVE BOUGHT TAPE BEFORE BUT SIMPLY FORGOT TO TAPE TOP THIS TIME. I was nothing but kind . He got my order wrong and seemed more concerned with treating me bad and laughing about it . I asked to speak to supervisor and when I walked away he laughed …with her there WHAT ??? I DO NOT SPEND MONEY 💰 TO BE TREATED RUDELY ESPECIALLY AT A GOVERNMENT FACILITY! I have done business with this branch since 1997 Josh said he doesn’t remember me ! WHAT ! The other employees always kind. Where’s the professionalism?

The customer service is exemplary, and every staff member I’ve met has been consistently pleasant and helpful. Even our mail carriers are wonderful and reliable. Recently, the team went above and beyond to retrieve a lost package for me and it was returned on the very same day. They truly go above and beyond and have integrity and pride in what they do and it shows. A huge shoutout to the Postmaster, Craig—his leadership clearly makes a difference!
