He clearly explains all the available options and guides me on how to properly prepare the envelopes or boxes for my shipments. Whenever I am there waiting for my turn, I always observe that he treats other customers with the same level of care—being attentive and polite—even though people are often quite brusque with him; he invariably maintains his impeccable manners. His exceptional service makes this location the place anyone would want to choose for their shipping needs.
