  Not helpful at all. My boyfriend mailed an envelope a week prior in this same store and today when I go, with the same exact envelope and documentation, they say they don’t send these out because it’s mailed to a PO Box. My boyfriend literally has the tracking number and everything from sending it here. I asked for help on how I can send it somewhere else and they didn’t even know if it needed a stamp or not.

  Terrible experience at the Doral UPS Store. I sent a package to my daughter, and apparently the coordinator accidentally entered the wrong address, which resulted in the package being returned to the store. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I want to mention that the staff was extremely nice and helpful throughout the situation. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Sebastian, was completely different. His attitude was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and lacking in basic customer service. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, his behavior made an already frustrating experience even worse. A manager represents the business, and customer service should start at the top. Based on my experience with Sebastian, I would strongly suggest considering another UPS Store. It’s disappointing that one person’s poor attitude and lack of professionalism can leave such a negative impression of the entire business.

  The delivery service itself is good and gets the job done… the only complaint I have is the customer service. The employees always sound bored and uninterested in helping, as if they just want you to leave. Even though this location is the closest to me, I visit the other locations when I can, simply because the customer service is better. Please train the staff at this location to be more polite— it makes all the difference!
