- COCatarina O'ConnorApr 22, 20261.00 stars. Overall terrible service. I scheduled a service for 16th of April 2026 of 6, 5 gallon bottles that was not delivered. Called customer service ready to cancel and customer service convinced me to stay a customer by offering a free delivery of my original 6 bottle order the following day. I received the delivery the next day for 4 bottles instead of 6. And I also received 2 invoices, one for the delivery I never got and one the "free" delivery to keep me as a customer. Called customer service again to be told I would get a refund of the missed order but not for the "free" order. Cancelled the account immediately. Disgusting behaviour promising a free service to keep a customer to then charge for it

However, the machine has been very slow for months, and it still is after the “maintenance.” It makes me wonder if they’re actually doing the servicing properly or just saying it was done. It’s frustrating when you rely on it for quick refills. Hope they truly address the performance issues soon.
