It begins with a phone call with the never-ending loop that will not allow you to speak with a human and if you go in, they may or may not have more than one clerk to help you Many times there are more than six or seven people in line waiting. No one is ever in a hurry to help, they are typical government employees moving at a snails pace. Most of them look pathetically sad Almost like visiting a nursing home

I ask to speak to a manager who proceeded to yell & was as unprofessional & rude as a person could be. Postal employees should be trained or fired - some of the rudest people are working at this location. Caroline you may want to get hearing aids fixed & not try blaming your yelling and poor customer service on your lack of hearing. Pathetic! If I could rate it 0 I would
