  Very rude manager/supervisor. Hispanic guy, late 40’s early 50’s with glasses and a terrible attitude. I had returned internet gateway equipment to T-Mobile with UPS on 8/1 and lost the receipt. I returned yesterday (8/7) already aware that I could not be provided another receipt from just a quick Google search. I was ok with that and was not going to bother the employees with that. All I wanted was a tracking number to be sure that the equipment that I sent back was received by T-Mobile on time. The moment I said I had lost my receipt, he pretty much did not want to help me and even tried to embarrass me in front of other customers by questioning me about why I lost the receipt. LIFE HAPPENS. It wasn’t on purpose. He even briefly tried to gaslight me into thinking I never even came to this location in the first place but I described the employee who had helped me and even gave the store number that was in the e-mail I used to send the return label (STORE 3998). After all the huff, puff and bad attitude, he found my tracking number with ease just by looking up my e-mail. Everything else was so unnecessary. I am fine with returning in the future because every other employee has been pleasant but if I am next in this guy’s line, I will gladly let someone skip me and I’ll wait for the next available employee. I honestly don’t know how he is in a management position. Not a patient or compassionate bone in this man’s body.

  They were incredibly rude to me today. They're normally ok but today they exceeded negatively. I will take my business elsewhere. Been a customer here since 5 years ago and todays experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

  If you have a next day air label and you’re dropping off documents, make sure you ask for a free next-day envelope! I ship out documents daily, but unfortunately I don’t usually create the shipping labels for documents, or else I would never go to UPS, but today was a UPS day. When I asked for a letter sized next day envelope, the woman behind the counter gave me a strange look and said, “Most people don’t know about that.” “About what?” I feigned dumb; I’ve seen this attitude at other locations. “The free envelope.” “What do they do then, bring their own?” “No, they just don’t realize they get a free one,” she said with a grin. Two stars for being one of the cleaner locations I’ve been to. The envelope is included in the shipping cost. Don’t let them trick you into paying more because they’re money-grubbers.
