  I had an unfortunate run in with the manager‘s son or at least that’s what he was identified as. I was attempting to return packages back to Amazon that I had purchased, and the young man at the counter was quite helpful. However, behind him approached another young man, probably 25 to 30 years old, who started obnoxiously telling the young man helping me that I had to buy my own tape for sealing up a box that I was already in the process of doing and had to abruptly stop And return the tape dispenser back to the agent. He didn’t even have the decency to address me as the customer and he could have let it slide because clearly the young man who was helping me may have forgotten, but rather he decided to make a big deal over it by not only addressing me as the customer, but also reprimanding his employee there in the store in front of all the customers mommy and Daddy) clearly did not teach him properly how to speak to people. What he didn’t realize is that he made himself look, incompetent and unprofessional while representing a multi billion dollar brand.

  The loud mouth hispanic male who also has his son working there is literally so rude...that I refuse to do any transactions with him. He has no patience for us elderly or anyone period. Worse employee award goes to him. I believe he is the manager as well and is so arrogant. He even talks down to the workers. They need to further look into his position and remove him from the store entirely. He spoke to a long line of customers like we were idiots of some sort. Im assuming the workers leave because I always see a new set of workers. Maybe he fires people as quick as he hires people. I no longer go to this location and instead go to Sanford, FL because of him.

  Never have I ever seen such corporate money grabbing as this place. $4 for a bag, A BAG, to ship items. Then the guy tells me it's irregular shaped, IT's CLOTHING, and that they were going to charge me 4 X's more for it. Nickel and diming and taking advantage of customers is all this place is about. I'll never be back and I suggest people either go to an actual UPS location and cut out the middle man or USPS. I can see I'll probably get some generic "we care, but just doing it to save face with Google, reply from the owner. Just save it. You don't really care.
