  Honestly in 54 years I never had an employee speak and treat me in such an unpleasant manner. Her name is Simone. I watched her belittle a patron and laugh afterwards all while making inappropriate comments. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She said " what I want from you is for you to learn how to fill out a package correctly!" The man behind me was getting upset because she was ignoring him. She began laughing at him and helping the man behind him instead. I said to her " why would you laugh at someone with mental distress?" She begins laughing again and says " you can take your package to the back of the line too." I couldn't believe this. I went to the other employee she helped me and apologized. Simone said " stay out of my business!" I asked to speak with supervisor after the young man did. The whole time she was laughing and making rude comments. The manager said to her while pointing her finger" I'm gonna get you for this" I was so angry I went for a two and a half mile walk in the hot sun. I'm still angry that this girl has a job. I write to the main office to report this. I will never go back there again and an spreading the word! What makes someone do hateful? This is how violence happens. One day she will mess with the wrong person and we will hear it in the news. So disgusting

  Lazy people ! The time to close is 5:00 pm I was there 16 min to 5:00 and the lights are off and the door locked ! Disrespectful

  The guys here are absolutely garbage at their jobs. I’ve had numerous packages that never go delivered or were delivered to the wrong address. The mail carriers are incompetent and cannot do their jobs correctly. The staff does not care if your mail/packages arrive or not. Awful service, if I could leave a -5 star review, I absolutely would.

  I went to this location early Saturday morning. There were two unfriendly women working. Both were unhelpful and rude. Khloe assisted me and let me be clear, just because we look different, does not give you the right to be rude and hateful towards me! I would think that the post office employees should have to treat ALL customers of different colors and backgrounds with some human decency and respect? Well, I thought wrong! I can see based on the numerous reviews that this is a huge problem for this specific location. I took my business elsewhere and will never return to this location. Racism works both ways!
