  I am extremely DISGUSTED with the customer service I received from Nadia and Thomas. I returned approximately $1,000 worth of clothing to Fashion Nova through this UPS Store. Unfortunately, Fashion Nova never received the return, which included nearly 50 clothing items, and I am now being held responsible for the loss. I have called the store twice seeking assistance. During my most recent call, Nadia was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly spoke over me, had an attitude throughout the conversation, and was unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue. When I calmly asked that we work together to get this matter handled and suggested she be a little more professional, her demeanor did not improve. To make matters worse, when I asked for the General Manager's name, Nadia stated that she didn't know the manager's last name, which I found very concerning. I am simply trying to locate my return and resolve this issue. I expected professionalism and a willingness to help, but instead I was met with disrespect. I hope this matter is investigated and that someone from management contacts me to assist in resolving my missing return. Update: Spoke to a "Thomas refused to tell me what position he held in the store, and once I made a claim, items were stolen; his reputation rather than the loss of $1000 were more important to him then my $1000 loss BE WARE OF THIS STORE I BELIEVE A STAFF MEMBER STOLE MY ITEMS

  Been a customer for 6 years. Nicest manager, always in a good mood and hooks me up no matter what. Store manager Alex always in good spirits if I want to buy a box or supplies or make copies always helpful. This guy so solid at his job.

  I don't usually leave reviews, but genuine kindness deserves recognition. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me return two packages today. What he didn't know was that I had just received difficult news and was overwhelmed by a $4,000 car repair bill on top of $3,000 rent. He helped me out because I only had a $100 bill, but that simple gesture meant far more than he could have known. Right now, every dollar counts, and his compassion brightened my day when I needed it most. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service. The world needs more people like you. God bless. Everyone should use this UPS everyone was so kind thanks again

  Alex and the rest of the staff are amazing! I go there weekly to print marketing material and ship items. The staff is always very helpful with everything.
