  This place is HORRIBLE !!!!! Here is my experience 4 times on the row !!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the DHL location on Congress Avenue in Delray Beach. I first visited about 2 years ago. I have been there four times in total, and the same employee has been at the counter every time. On my first three visits, she refused to let me ship a package because I presented my valid passport with a visa instead of a Florida driver license. She was rude and dismissive. After the third visit, about two years ago, I left a respectful and truthful review describing what happened. I walked away with a bad taste and did not return until yesterday. I needed to ship a very small package weighing less than a pound. This location is about three minutes from my house, so I decided to try again. Never thought they would deny services for the 4 th time I was first in line, and the same employee was at the counter…. She quoted me $300!!!!!!. I told her that was outrageous and explained that I did not need overnight delivery—I wanted the cheapest, slowest option. She responded with an attitude that $300 was the price. I asked to speak with the manager and explained that this employee had refused me service three times because of my” Valid passport” The manager looked at my passport and confirmed that it was acceptable and that there was no issue using it to ship. When I asked why the shipping charge was $300, she said that was the price and there was nothing she could do. I took my passport and box, left, and called DHL customer service. I then drove 27 minutes to another DHL location, where I shipped the same package to the same destination for $52.40. After three refusals over my passport and this experience on my fourth visit, I believe I have been treated unfairly because I am a foreigner The employee’s conduct and the manager’s lack of concern were unacceptable. Why should I have to drive 27 minutes to use DHL when there is a location three minutes from my home? Are they racist ? Do they get training on treating people with dignity and respect? I believe 4 times in a row is a great number take a look in to this case ……. At all times I was respectful, non confrontational and walked out …… yesterday I was upset but never yelled and walked away for the 4th time !!!!! It is 2026. DHL needs to investigate what is happening at this location and explain how this treatment meets its commitment to customer service.

  I had a really great experience with DHL, especially with Lovelie. She was very helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. She made everything easier and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and the way she handled everything. Thank you, Lovelie, for making my experience with DHL such a positive one! I would definitely recommend DHL because of the great service I received.
