  Please UPS do something about this horrible store. You have a red head lady working there that is nasty and hateful. Rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. I will never spend another dime at UPS. Crazy lady told me to go to USPS, and I did. Much cheaper and very nice people in the Deland location.

  I needed name tags made up because the old ones were looking very ratty that I got made somewhere else! The ones that I had made here came out looking great and they were done quickly! Will definitely be going back!

  Don’t go here unless you want to be given a hard time and to get called a liar. Amazon needs to contract with a different shipping company. UPS is trash. That’s why the one in Orange city went out of business. This one will be next.

  You have 7 seconds to make an impression. Make it a good one! First time here and I did not like my interaction with the employee. She was rude and seemed like she does not like her job. I don't like that this is the closest option for amazon returns now that the orange city location closed.

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The representative at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to answer my questions, provided excellent customer service, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I left feeling welcomed, valued, and very pleased with the service I received. It's refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you for such a positive experience!
