- AMAriel M2 days ago1.0This is honestly the worst post office I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I try my best to avoid coming here, but sometimes I have to as it’s the one post office in the area that closes the latest. There’s one young woman who is always kind and has a smile on her face and seems genuinely happy to help, but every other person that I have dealt with has always been extremely unprofessional and unkind and makes it seem as though dropping off packages is a major inconvenience to them. I’m a small business owner and all of my pieces that I ship out are extremely fragile and they always want to direct me to use the dropbox and self scan kiosk which I have no desire to, regardless of how well I bubble wrap my pieces. It genuinely feels as though most of these women are absolutely miserable and hate their job based on their lack of customer service skills. I’m not the type at all to ever go out of my way to leave a negative review somewhere, but I just had another terrible experience here and I will avoid coming here at all costs in the future.
