  I come to this location from time to time, and the customer service is always out of this world. Kelly is incredibly experienced kind and patient. And very considerate. Thank you, Kelly for being of service.

  Always come to this UPS location, you never wait in line and the store is always busy but the girl are so fast, the Manager Kelly is very helpful and nice to customers. We always have a small talk. This ups store is like your neighbor post office

  This UPS store at 265 S Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach Florida, is the best. Kelly the store manager always greets you with a smile to make you feel welcome as you walk in, is very fast, very helpful, and makes sure your package is properly packaged to arrive safely. If you want great service, go see Kelly

  Wow! Never thought I’d be leaving a 5 ⭐️ review for a UPS store—Gigi and her colleague made my day! I thought I needed one code for two Amazon returns—they asked me to double check to make sure I get the full refund (spoiler, I needed 2). Gigi fixed that and then checked and saw that I had made one return to Wholefoods and she changed it for me! No extra trip and all of my money! Thanks ladies!

  Under new ownership and the team of women working there is fantastic! Many were disappointed when the original owners announced selling their business - but from the beginning this new crew has done a fantastic job. This team of women, Kelly -Sal - Gigi, are wonderful. They are professional, efficient, alert and friendly. No matter how many people are in line or how busy they are with current customer, they make it a point to acknowledge each person that walks through the door. They have smiles on their faces and work quickly to get you in and out the door with just enough time to also be personable and create relationships with the customers. I appreciate their hardwork to smile when you are just tired and still greet you when they are super busy. It's a busy parking lot, but with 2 designated spaces, I have not had to wait long to get one in front if needed. Appreciate that I walk out laughing because of these women. Great job with the hiring!
