- CKChristina Kennedy4 days ago5.0Thanks to Itris for exceptional customer service , my son was able to get his birthday present! The delivery required a signature and I was not home. I requested a redelivery and somehow it was listed as “not accepted.” When I called the 800 number (on a Saturday) the customer resolution service said they’d follow up in three days. I was panicking because this was for my son’s birthday. Itris from this location called me back within an hour and stated she could have it delivered Monday. I wasn’t sure when I would be home Monday , so I asked if I could pick it up. She stated the post office was closing in 15 minutes but that I could come and she’d have it ready. I arrived at 11:55, it was scheduled to close at 12, and the line wrapped around the building. I called her to let her know I was there and she brought the package out to me. Thank you for your help and for going the extra mile!

My mail has been delivered to the wrong address numerous times and now I’m receiving mail from March & April. One letter was from my insurance company regarding my coverage of a certain physician, which is now causing extensive treatment problems. Reporting them to corporate. Please use another location if possible. I leave mail hanging out of my mailbox for pickup with the red flag up. They leave the pickup mail and deliver the other mail which they have to bypass to put in the mailbox. Then USPS has the unmitigated gall to go up on prices every time they possibly can!
