- BBBurzie5 days ago1.0Not sure why there are so many issues here. They've lost multiple packages of ours now. And one we dropped off to them says it's still sitting there for 15 days. They have no idea where it is and were pretty rude about it too.

Some customers bring 30+ return items at once, causing major delays for everyone else. This was my second attempt to send one item, and it will be my last. There needs to be more empathy, better organization, and respect for people’s time—especially for those who need faster and more accessible service.
