  Absolutely amazing staff who are always personable and informative! The cleanliness of this store is my favorite thing! Every single time I go in, the floors are clean and the scent of cleaner still lingers softly!

  Nice location , happily greeted when walking in. Was returning a modem to T-Mobile.I was made aware that I had to pay $16 for the label and packaging to send it back to T-Mobile which T-Mobile failed to inform me. I didn’t understand after sending modem back to Xfinity never had that issue or had to pay. she’s explained to me the policy, some man in dreads that works their came out of no where with an aggressive approach, over talking the lady that was helping me which I found to be unnecessary and approach wasn’t friendly in nature. I guess he thought he had to pull out his ups Superman Cape 🙄 ..No reason for him to act in that manner. The lady was very nice & helpful .

  I go to this location for convenience and the employees are usually very friendly and enjoyable to interact with. However, that was not the case recently. When I first entered I noticed it was unusually empty and when I went to the front to quickly drop off a package I was met with a very unfriendly demeanor. An older lady with a fake smile just instantly acted as if I caused her an inconvenience by existing. She did not want to work and made it my problem even though I didn't even get a full sentence in. Horrible costumer service from that worker, I just turned away and left as I did not want to deal with Miss Wicked Witch of Beville. Luckily the Port Orange location was on the way and they were much more friendly. 1 minute in and out.
