  I was told I was ridiculous and to not come back here because Tim from UPS said it's now $3 for a service fee to print out a shipping label for Amazon, i went to office depot and printed it out for 23 cents, yet UPS wants to charge $3 to print out a return label

  This store makes me appreciate my hometown store. On vacation and brought in a box to return to Amazon. Was sent outside to put a piece of tape on the flaps. Then charged to print the Amazon return label. Also overheard the female manager telling the front desk clerks it’s not their problem and to not help another customer track a lost package. Poor leadership.

  This used to be the perfect store for dropping off your returns for Amazon. However, after my last trip there, I will never return there again. I will take it to another UPS store if I have to or I will revert everything to Staples. First off I will say I was charged $2 for a strip of packing tape maybe 6 inches long. The $2 is not what was important. I could pay the money. The problem was the insulting behavior of the clerk waiting on me. He was maybe 18 or 19 years old. The insults just kept coming. When I question the two dollars the first thing he question was did I not hear him, then he asked me if I had trouble paying it at which point I started getting a little annoyed. His next response, based on my reaction to having to pay two dollars, was. “ is it nappy time for us?” as if I was a two year-old. And then I said, are you serious about the two dollars to someone else in the place said he’s very serious you pay the two dollars or your package doesn’t get shipped. Me thinking it was all a joke, said oh come on it’s a joke and another gentleman and I use that term of gentlemen lightly, said well UPS has to pay for the tape. The size of the piece of tape I was needing for the package was probably about a half a cent worth based on the cost of a roll of tape and they charged me two dollars. Again, I have two dollars but I did not need their insults. I really hope they don’t insult the next person that react as I did because that person might not be nice enough to just pay and walk out.

  I always loved going to this location because it's right down the road, and they were always so nice and helpful. Well don't go when the employee Nathan is working. He was so rude, and berating! I've never almost broke down crying in a store! Not only was he NOT helpful, but he made me feel stupid because I didn't know to send something back to Amazon on my phone. Instead of just saying he can't help me, he started saying loud to me as back and sat on the table as he yelling, "You need to learn, you need to learn, you do it!" I just needed to see if I do something different for returning for the same product, and no refund. Needless to say if I ever walk in there and see him again, I'll gladly go to another location. They are all so sweet and helpful, but this time just one person named Nathan wasn't, and I never been so embarrassed!! I'm not getting my day ruined again!
