  Went in for copies and the staff were super helpful. A guy came in with a scan code from UPS and they were so nice to him explaining why he could use FedEx for his return package (free). The guy asked them to tell him where the UPS store was and then proceeded to ask about locations in other towns. They were incredibly helpful and kind. Above and beyond for sure help!!

  The gal typed in the wrong address and put the label on. When package didn't arrive, I saw that the wrong house number was on my receipt. I had my envelope with the correct address written on. She placed it in the FedEx envelope and copied my info incorrectly. Because I have no account number, I need that in order for a call tag. One hour on the phone and I need to call tomorrow for help. I doubt the package will ever be received.

  I dropped two massive packages off at this location. They were a Wayfair return and it is an entire bed split into two boxes. I've had cars that weigh less than these things. The return QR codes were scanned in the FedEx store and I was informed they would be handled later due to their size. Today, one of the two massive packages shows back up ay my house. The return label was never applied and it was just reshipped to me. Noone knows where the second massive package is although I would bet that is also going to be dropped off at my house very soon. The store needs to reach out to me ASAP and fix this gigantic messup. I'm not dragging these things all the way back in. I called FedEx customer service and because I have two potential return labels and one box, it is causing massave issues on their end. I am holding this store responsible, including any damage from the elements as this thing is not moving from the front stoop of my house.

  Cathy made the experience absolutely wonderful. She helped me be able to do all the images I needed for an event coming up. I asked about making the waterproof. Cathy told me about this waterproof amazing paper that made me want to turn every document into it. Because of her, I have plenty more projects being done there. Thank you for such a positive experience. Cathy, your the BEST! I a world of rude people you make the experience unforgettable. I don't even write reviews, but this 👌.
