- IEIan Evans3 days ago1.0I dropped two massive packages off at this location. They were a Wayfair return and it is an entire bed split into two boxes. I've had cars that weigh less than these things. The return QR codes were scanned in the FedEx store and I was informed they would be handled later due to their size. Today, one of the two massive packages shows back up ay my house. The return label was never applied and it was just reshipped to me. Noone knows where the second massive package is although I would bet that is also going to be dropped off at my house very soon. The store needs to reach out to me ASAP and fix this gigantic messup. I'm not dragging these things all the way back in. I called FedEx customer service and because I have two potential return labels and one box, it is causing massave issues on their end. I am holding this store responsible, including any damage from the elements as this thing is not moving from the front stoop of my house.
