- LDLydia DAug 26, 20261.0RUDE STAFF!!!! I went up to the front and asked if there was a supervisor and got ignored. I asked multiple times and the lady kept ignoring me. I asked the other lady and she also ignored me, i asked again and then she told me the other lady was off the clock, and said she’s too busy to talk to me. SHE COULDNT ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION. it amazes me that we allow these people to have a job. Just because you are miserable doesn’t mean everyone else has to be. Typical USPS experience

Okay, I get it..that costs money but friendly customer service is free. The one woman who was working the desk was rude, curt, super slow and disrespectful. Someone needs to put her in check immediately and train her how to be professional.
