I did an hour line for the rude lady to tell me that I can’t use their box, that I have to use a bag, I told her there’s none on the front, and she told me, " Then I can’t help you. I asked her if they have more bags or envelope, she said no and she yelled “next one” when I was talking to her. An hour for that? They are supposed to help their customers. I can’t believe how rude she was.

Big shout out to Melody for giving me so much grace. She guided me through filling out the form and I felt much better with everyone’s help. The other two ladies on shift also kindly proofread my writing when Melody was busy. I couldn’t have done it without them. This is a great branch and they will take care of you here! Edit: I just read the rest of the reviews on this page and wow, I’m truly surprised to see how unpopular Melody is. I was so clueless and scared to write that money order, and she helped me figure it out while joking around with me. She’s human and she’s a sweet one at that. I wouldn’t last a day working her job for sure.

The staff member assisting us was condescending and communicated in a way that felt dismissive rather than helpful. Instead of providing clear guidance, the interaction came across as patronizing and lacked a basic level of professionalism and respect. As a result, we chose not to complete our transaction and took our business elsewhere. I understand that customer-facing roles can be demanding, but interactions should still be handled with courtesy and professionalism, specially, if customers are being polite and respectful. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel spoken down to when simply trying to complete a transaction.
