  I came into the store to get my fingerprints done and it was a little difficult at first, but Makiyah helped me out with the machine and showed me what to do. She was nice and patient and stayed there to help me through it the whole time, I appreciate her help!

  Had a good experience at the UPS Store. Makiyah was nice, helpful, and got everything taken care of quickly. The service was easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back.

  The most wonderful experience coming here to this UPS store. Everybody was so nice I'm not kidding I mean so nice it made it like so many helpful hints and so many nice just just just great people all three people here claudio.makiyaha and Gabriel were so nice to me. Help me and lots with lots of stuff excellent excellent place to go great people kind

  I’ve been to many UPS stores for services and have had GREAT EXPERIENCE, this particular store on state road 84 and pine island was by far my WORST EXPERIENCE. I needed to print and have a lease notarized for my child’s school. This is a process I have done before at the ups store on nob hill (plantation location) it was quick, smooth and the workers were super friendly. I happened to be closer to this location with the impression I would have a similar experience. A young man greeted me and helped me print but then he had to call a young woman for help with the notary. She came from the back in pink sweat pants and bright orange crocs like she rolled out of bed and immediately huffed and puffed at me like I was a nuisance. When she saw the paper she said she needed more space. When I told her I would pay to print more of the lease for space she said no she needed lines that said “notary” and turned her back to me and started texting on her phone. I tried to explain to her I’ve done this before at other places and this wasn’t a problem trying to find a solution. She ignored me and then when I asked the young man for a manager she got even meaner saying her back wasn’t turned all the way, whilst still texting on her phone like I was a bother. She then said “go somewhere else”. That’s exactly what I did. I went to another ups store on state road 84 and 136th ave where they greeted me with a smile were professional and kind. Not only THAT but they notarized the exact document she didn’t bother helping me with without me needing to even print out more pages. The manager wasn’t in at the pine island location so I’m not sure if this is the normal behavior at this store but I wouldn’t encourage my worse enemy to go to this store. The girl there was not only unprofessional in appearance, but rude unwelcoming and didn’t even want to provide the services they advertise. Don’t waste your time or energy at this location there are so many other locations where you can have a nice experience!
