- AFAldo FigalloSep 8, 20261.0The worst UPS service I have ever received. The person working there was rude, arrogant, and completely indifferent to the customer. His attitude was basically: “I’m not here to help you.” Then why are you working in customer service? A complete lack of respect, zero willingness to help, and an embarrassing level of service for a company like UPS. If someone cannot treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism, they are clearly in the wrong position. UPS should seriously reconsider who they have representing their company at this location.

BUT unfortunately today I decided to go on Sunday and the young lady working was nothing but horrible. Extremely rude and even wanted to charge me for tape to close an Amazon return box. UPS NEVER charges for tape to close a box. They just don’t. The US Post Office does, but not UPS. She refused to close my package unless I bought the tape. I left and will come on weekdays when employees are actually not trying to scam customers.
