- KTKathleen Thompson3 days ago1.0Mailbox lock was jammed and couldn't not be opened. Had to make a trip to the office. Left a spare key with them and nothing was done. After a week of fighting with it we finally got it to work but now it's not working again. I understand that I will need to pay if the lock needs to be replaced. Why do I have to pay to fix their property?

Recently, my locker was left open, and a note was left informing me of this. However, there was no indication of where my mail or packages marked as delivered were actually placed. I attempted to contact the location multiple times by phone, but no one answers, making it extremely difficult to resolve the issue or obtain any assistance.

- JFJesse FelixApr 10, 20261.0Well i can see why this place has such low stars one of the guys there was extremely disrepectful and thought he can raise his voice at me 🤣 and i checked him for it........ good thing i spoke to 2 other gentlemen they was super understanding and actually did they job. They de escalated the issue and i got my voice heard after the last person said my package is nowhere to be found....update still no package they had me waiting for a long time in the lobby and had to leave to work. Seems like they lost my package. This is truly the worse mail place in florida.
