Excellent service at the Staples Print & Marketing area in Posner Park, Davenport! The young man who assisted me on Friday morning was exceptional. He was slim and had a beard, and although I didn’t get his name, I want management to recognize him. He truly goes the extra mile, takes pride in his work, and makes customers feel valued. His professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude deserve recognition. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Worst place ever. They are slow, take forever to get to clients unless there’s a huge line and then the guy that takes the Amazon returns makes the experience 1000 times worst! He keeps talking with his peers instead of acknowledging the clients presence or at least to make the client feel seen. Horrible place, do not recommend

The store is excellent, it has everything; unfortunately, the service from the person who handles returns for Amazon purchases was terrible. Her attitude was unpleasant from the moment I arrived. I don't like leaving a bad review, but in this case it's necessary, because she's there to provide good service and have a helpful attitude. If she doesn't enjoy it, she'd be better off staying home!

Visited my staples to return one item from Amazon 15 minutes before they closed unfortunately I had a young lady in front of me with about 122 items to return and the poor clerk was helping her looked a little lost. Kai was over by the party balloons looked over saw me standing in line with one item . took it upon himself to come over fire up the phone and asked me to step to the next counter. Took care of my return in two seconds. His name is Kai great young guy. A solid asset to Staples.
