Our appointment was for 12:30, we arrived at 12:00 and he was willing to attend us ahead. He was extremely polite and you can tell he really likes to help and provide the best service. Maybe the rest of the team could learn from him. Thanks!

As soon as I walk in, the man tells me that he’s going on break. I’m sorry, but I have never heard of a random break at 11 AM. I’m all for people getting what they need but if the man goes on a break, then why is there not another employee to take over so regular service can occur. I shouldn’t be standing here at 11:24 am writing this review when I have other things I need to do. 5 kiosks to help service people and currently only one man working the entire place taking a break at 11 am with a line of people out the door. Something isn’t making sense. Fix basic USPS service or shut the place down. UPDATE: man was so rude. I needed help with the address. Didn’t have the patience for me to write it out at the counter, instead I had to go to the side and then come back. Told me he couldn’t wait for me after I waited for him for 20 minutes 😂 What has the world come to?

We already had everything filled out, checks signed, and photos printed, so it definitely made things easy for both us and the lovely clerks. Initially I was scared because of the reviews, but the workers here were awesome and friendly. Highly recommend setting up an appointment and coming prepared.
