- DRDouble Clutch Auto ReviewsAug 25, 20261.0RUDE STAFF & SUBPAR SERVICE. I went in to mail 1 letter and buy stamps. When I walked in, I had one person in line ahead of me. This whole errand should have taken no more than 5 minutes. The clerk at the desk, "Mel" already appeared to be handling the customer in front of me with a bad attitude. as soon as she was finished with them, she loudly vocalized, "I'M FINNA GO ON BREAK." I said to her, excuse me, but then is someone else going to come out and help? She replied, "Hopefully." I was appalled. Nearly 10 to 15 minutes goes by, and now there are 8 to 10 more customers waiting behind me. I am trying to get the attention of someone in the back, which now seems to be abandoned. Eventually, the manager, Sandra comes out. She was apologetic, and helped me. However, I am still overall very dissatisfied with this absolutely subpar service from the post office. It is apparent that the government is cutting A LOT of funding to the USPS.

When I first started shipping here, I left a negative review because some of my customers received damaged packages. Looking back, I realize that it wasn’t the fault of this post office. After almost two years of coming here regularly, I can honestly say that the staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It is genuinely a pleasure to visit this location because I know everything will be handled quickly, and if I have any questions, someone is always ready to assist. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. I truly appreciate everything you do!
