Not only was he rude, but he decided complete my survey experience on the register himself never even asked me and then proceeded to say I don’t care it doesn’t affect my job anyway. Super rude and nasty.

The lady started laughing for a question I asked about a money order since I have never used it, so I had to tell her this note funny, and I am just a human being asking another human being for guidance. That lady has no idea how cusomer service should be in addition to the time it takes her to help you. She should be more active and understanding.
- CNchey nicoleApr 9, 20263.0I have had to report the mail delivery guy. He was too lazy to grab the outgoing mail on multiple occasions, but wasn’t too lazy to put the flag down as if he grabbed it. I was immediately contacted by the manager I believe and she resolved the issue. I haven’t had any issues since. I think I even have a new mail person now.
