  Lady in blue scrubs was exceptional and polite. Very upbeat. Wonderful attitude. Excellent customer service. Helped out with our returns and was extremely efficient, thank you very much!. I'm so thankful they opened a UPS store in Dade City.

  I recently visited the new UPS Store in Dade City to return several Amazon packages, and I had an excellent experience. David was absolutely amazing professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I’m thrilled that Dade City finally has a UPS Store. It saved me the drive to Zephyrhills, and I was able to drop off all of my Amazon returns during my lunch break. The store was clean, organized, and the service was quick and efficient. This is a fantastic addition to Dade City, and I highly recommend this location. Great customer service and a smooth, hassle-free experience!
