- SAStephanie AdamsMay 29, 20261.0Packages are almost always late. Paid to have a package overnighted to Tampa. It went to Jacksonville then somewhere in Alabama before finally getting to Tampa over 2 weeks later.
- CMCynthia MartinelliApr 20, 20261.0our pkg was put in the lockbox but the lockbox key wasnt put in our mailbox to retrieve the pkg. started calling crystal river post office from 11:30 am till closing at 5 pm. voice mail says "connecting to operator". just rings and rings. 3 x someone did pick up but hung up receiver on other end immediately. terrible service! having the postmaster call me and also putting in an official complaint. what has happened to our postal service?????
- SDSara DNov 3, 20214.0The staff we have encountered at this location have all been great! They are all very personable, pleasant, and helpful. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that the doors are not handicapped accessible. They are heavy doors and are difficult for many to open.. . not just for those with functional difficulties but also for those carrying multiple packages. I just wanted to offer a heads-up. To the post office staff.. Keep up your great relationships with your customers. It's wonderful to know that each of them are greeted with kindness.
