- TPThomas PalumboSep 21, 20261.0I am not receiving mail addressed to me. Mail is not arriving at locations that I send it. These two problems have cost me late fees over the past two years. This has occurred no less than 6 times. I receive other people's properly addressed mail and they receive my appropriately addressed mail. This does not happen all the time, but it does occur frequent enough that it has become a serious issue. The toll free USPS phone number does not give correct prompts to allow me to file an accurate complaint. It typically takes me three attempts when call the local USPS before someone will answer.

- ECErin CAug 29, 20261.0It has been three times in a row now that I have ordered Nespresso pods and the mail carrier for USPS in Crestview for my neighborhood has put them in a parcel locker and not given me a key, or given me the wrong key for my package instead of just simply taking the time to drop it on my porch. $80 worth of coffee misdelivered is a big deal when it happens 3 times in a row. I try calling the post office and no one answers. I get sent to the operator just for it to ring for 5 minutes and then hang up. I then go and make an account to file a missing package since I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone and it says this service is unavailable. I don’t know who delivers to the Highlands community in North Crestview, but they need to be fired. The amount of laziness and blatant disregard for delivering people’s mail to this neighborhood is insane.
