This is for anyone in management and adding a formal complaint is being filed. The self service has been down a couple of days, which I routinely use from selling online and getting a QR code. Tonight I went in before taking my son to his therapist around 5pm and it was still down and the linen was out the door with 1 person working behind the counter. I decided I would try layer if I had the time. I roll up later, park and walk in at 5:53 and the gentleman with mustache tells me they're closed. I asked "what time do u close?" And he said now, I said your door, your online page and Google page all say 7pm its not even 5:55, he told me "well things change" and i can go to another post office when I mentioned i was there earlier and the self service being down for days and all I needed was my qr scanned and done as my package was already to go. They refused to service me and other people that continued walking in after me before 6pm hit. Ive worked at banks when the time of closing is 6pm and people still walk in at 5:58. He said he would only help up to the girl in front of me. This post office always has 1 person working, they'll take turns walking away from their station and walking around. My merchandise online ill be taking my services to UPS where they have no issues helping up to the last minute just to scan a QR code.

Anyone who has a poor experience with this post office, please contact your local representative and let them know about your experience. I was so upset about my experience here, where the two women up front, one is named Susan, the other I don't know her name, but this happened around 430pm on 5/4/26. They are rude. It wasn't just me. The way they speak with people, and force them over to the corner to complete processes that should be done in front of the clerk is childish. It doesn't save time, it just takes time from the customer trying to get a service done where they don't know all the rules. Are the rules located anywhere to prevent customers from being pushed to the side? No. So, stop taking it out on us. Please, write a letter to your local representatives, you have a voice.

I was refused service because the two women there around 430pm did not like the fact I was upset by the poor performance. I am a carrier, they know that, one of the woman their suggested I should know their service standards because I work there. I was delayed and set to the side to perform basic tasks that could have been completed in while being served. That was thw second time that happened. The firat I was sent away because I had the wrong tape. No one suggested I could purchase tape there. The second time was when I came back and had priority box, the same I had before and was told I had to use the brown box. I got upset and told them I don't know their job and being told I had to leave the line and wait again was bad customer service. That is when the lady helping me said, "you work for the posylt office you should know". Interesting because the only reason she knows that was the last poor performance on their part where they lost my forwarding and my hold. Forcing me to pay for mail forwarding online because they refused to manually authenticate my new address. Finally, when I got to the line, I was told I would not be served because I cursed in frustration. It seems disrespect can only flow one way, to the customer. Good thing I have a video recording.

Everytime I come here - does not matter the time of day. Its always 30 mins to an hour wait, even if there is 1 person ahead of me. To top it off most of the reasons I come here could be answered over the phone but Noone answers the phone either!!!

Rude staff especially towards the elderly. I hope this place gets it together by most importantly providing proficient customer service, before they get sued!
