- TSTara s5 days ago1.0On Monday 10/19 around 6pm, the most rudest experience I ever had . The woman to the far left that worked there was the nastiest person . I was selling something for EBay and I was new to the process So I wasn’t sure what exactly I had to do and the woman rudely told me I had to pack my own thing, and when I told her OK, does it matter, which one she shoo me off with her hand and told me she doesn’t know. Go look on the wall and when I turned and said OK thank you. I heard her and a coworker Laughing behind my back hysterically, and when I turned around they were in the back room where I couldn’t see them and they were just laughing at me Together. The lost embarrassed thing ever And make me not even want the service anymore so I ended up leaving without doing what I needed to do. Will never go back to that location again they should really get new people who knows what it’s like to have customer service.

The smiles are exceptionally a relief after a hard days work. Being that I work for the Airlines, I know what customer service is and they give it hands down.

The place looks like the epitome of why the post office is struggling. GOD forbid you ask them something outside their scope of work. The workers there make the customers feel they should be gratefull that they are there. I think this location is THE LOWEST rated location on GOOGLE. Geez.
