- CACarli Albert1 day ago1.0Horrible. Incredibly rude and unprofessional I felt attacked and I didn’t even say a word. They need to get new staff immediately. Such a shame they were so condescending.

The lady Kim that called me up walked away from the counter to make me wait extra because I was in the process of completing my mailer when walking up to the counter and filling in the return city and state . Kim could have started entering the address it was going to while I finished and lost no time but instead she walked away from the register and refused to help me and hid in the back. Then Kim made everyone else wait extra just to prove a point. The other lady Maria helped 2 other people before me. Kim and Maria were are on a huge POWER TRIP Terrible !!

Unfortunately, the staff have been very unprofessional, and their behavior has made the experience extremely unpleasant. It seems like some of them are unhappy working here and would be better off retiring or finding a different work environment rather than taking their frustration out on customers.
