The Post Office is no longer a reliable agency. It time for a new company to start a Post Service business. The Post Office is no longer a Federal agency but, they are Entitled to federal benefits. From our tax paying money.

Why are the employees closing up in the middle of the workday? I’ve gone twice after 2:00 p.m. and found it closed. I returned later that same day, after 4:00 p.m., and it was open. Have the hours changed? They really ought to let people know; there is no information explaining what is going on.

The staff are often rude and unhelpful, making even simple transactions unpleasant. Aysun is such a liability for the USPS but Sean is great. The office also closes for lunch at odd times without any notice posted on the door, leaving customers waiting or making wasted trips. There have been multiple occasions when the office has been closed for extended periods during regular business hours with no explanation. Reliable service and clear communication are essential at a post office, and unfortunately, this location falls well short of those expectations.
