This post office consistently provides some of the poorest customer service I’ve experienced. The staff are often rude and unhelpful, making even simple transactions unpleasant. Aysun is such a liability for the USPS but Sean is great. The office also closes for lunch at odd times without any notice posted on the door, leaving customers waiting or making wasted trips. There have been multiple occasions when the office has been closed for extended periods during regular business hours with no explanation. Reliable service and clear communication are essential at a post office, and unfortunately, this location falls well short of those expectations.

I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. I came in with a prepaid shipping label that needed to be printed and was informed by an employee, whom I believe was named Isma, that the office was closed for lunch and I would need to return at 3:30 PM. There was no sign posted indicating a lunch closure, which made the situation even more frustrating. She suggested that I use the self-service kiosk instead. I followed her advice, but the kiosk failed to print my label. Although I received an email with a tracking number, no label was produced. I politely asked for assistance and suggested that the printer might be out of paper, but she repeatedly stated that she was leaving for lunch and could not help me. What was most upsetting was the complete lack of customer service. The issue appeared to be related to USPS equipment, yet no effort was made to troubleshoot the problem or provide an alternative solution. I also requested to speak with a manager, but she declined to provide any information about management. As someone who is seven months pregnant and lives about 20 minutes away, I explained that returning later would be difficult. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed. A simple check of the kiosk printer could have potentially resolved the issue, but I was told that helping me was not possible because she was going on her lunch break. This experience felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Customers should be able to expect reasonable assistance, especially when problems arise with USPS equipment. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location and will be filing a formal complaint with USPS customer service.

Small and in a strip mall. I thought they have deals for sending books. Last time I sent an entire box of books that was like 8 lb and it was for maybe $10. This time I sent up two books in an envelope and it was $3.50. did not ask if it would have been different in a box, but if anyone wants to clarify that for me, I was really disappointed.

The staff are always professional. You can expect a line on Monday mornings. Parking is good. Prices are outrageous. The place is shabby and understocked . Federal government has been trying to privatize US Postal Service’s for eight years and I don’t like that. There used to be something called “public” services and that used to be considered a good thing. I still consider public services a good thing. I’d rather my tax dollars go to public services than to war.
