  Need to FAX (YES, it's still a thing LOL) a quite a few papers. It's not a fax machine any more!! You scan your paperwork like you are copying them....then put in the Fax Phone #. Went easy...only complaint...it's NOT cheap. I spent close to $50 to Fax!! But paying to send or receive a Fax at a store has never really been cheap. I went in looking for the old fax machine; but an employee set me up...and it's self explanatory from there. Busy, but everyone was working at a good clip. My go-to shipping and copy store...and now Fax!

  Today I visited Store #2017, located at 4701 N. State Road 7, Coral Springs, FL 33073, to ship an item back to the manufacturer. The item was packaged in the same original box in which it was delivered to me. The package contained a gas tank with a plastic tip extending from the box. The clerk, Carlos, insisted that I purchase a different box before he would process the shipment. I explained several times that this was the exact condition and packaging in which the item was originally shipped to me. Carlos stated that a driver could be injured by the plastic tip. If the packaging truly presented a safety concern, I question why the package was accepted and delivered by FedEx in the first place. Rather than professionally explaining the store’s shipping requirements or policies, Carlos became increasingly confrontational and sarcastic during our interaction. His tone and behavior were inappropriate and unprofessional. What was equally concerning was that the manager was present during this exchange and did not step in to address the situation or help resolve the issue. As a customer, I felt dismissed and disrespected. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that employees at this location receive additional customer service training, particularly regarding professional communication and conflict resolution. Customers should be treated with respect, even when there are disagreements regarding shipping policies. My experience at this location left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I believe it warrants further attention from management.

  Very fast and convenient because they have a scanning kiosk where you can do it yourself and drop off the package without waiting in ling line or for an employee to be available.
