  Lady who worked their almost every day dark skin long hair so disrespectful rude. And I will not waste my time going back to this fedex. She is so disrespectful talks rude hates her job and I will def be speaking to to a supervisor or higher management to this store this is ridiculous. Don’t work were you don’t want to be and be rude to other people. I’ve worked at many customer services and never experienced this she has to go. This is ridiculous.

  Normally have pretty decent experiences at this location, but today was pretty unacceptable. Stood at the counter for 5+ minutes while 3 associates stood and talked to each other (about non work social stuff) without acknowledging me. Then Shrountrale came to assist me and could not have been more rude and unpleasant. Very disappointing experience today!

  April 2026 - update. Different staff no improvement. They are processing Amazon returns now. Every time I go in one of their terminals is "acting up". The store owner clearly doesn't read these reviews 1st update - They are painfully slow here for general shi6pping. Even for a basic Amazon return. Doesnt matter who is behind the counter. The staff has no mastery of the shipping system.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in to print 6 black and white construction plan sheets (24x36), which are standard blueprint prints. Instead of charging per sheet like any normal print shop would for plans, I was charged $6.50 per square foot and billed as if this were a poster job. They entered the quantity as 36 (square feet) instead of 6 sheets, which resulted in a total of $287.83 after a $35 express fee. That comes out to nearly $50 per sheet for basic black and white plans, which is completely unreasonable. Blueprints should be priced per sheet, not per square foot. This was either a major mistake or a misunderstanding of how construction prints are supposed to be billed. Carlos handled the transaction, and at no point was this pricing structure explained. I would strongly recommend confirming pricing upfront before printing here, especially if you are printing plans.

  My printer stopped working last minute and needed something printed urgently and Felix was so kind and helpful. He was able to get everything I needed in a timely manner. Was very grateful for his help.
