And it took her about 20 mins to come. In addition, Thurs she closes the post office an hour earlier because she takes her lunch break then. I dont understand how an employee can make the decision to close a place because she wants to leave early. I see there is a post about her about 6 months ago. Who do we need to speak to, to have better customer service. The other employee is great so it is not all bad.
