- AAAlias2 days ago1.0Clerk #9 has a terrible attitude. Saying things to the customers like “If we were in Cuba” and other racist remarks. Complaining about her co-workers not coming into work because they are on section 8 and food stamps and then overcharging me for mail because they don’t have the correct stamps and arguing with me that she went to school for this and if I want to proceed I can. Worst service and employee I have encountered. Should be fired right away.

Despues de que termine le dije que tenia que atender bien y prestar mas atencion a la gente que a su telefono y se pone brava y a negar lo que hacia. Pero la foto habla por si sola.

Solo atendían al final dos afroamericanas y las 2 señoras que hablaban español se demoraban conversando dentro, se escuchaban reír y todo, tuve que pedir por favor que nos atendieran, en mi caso debía ir a trabajar, apareció una no me atendió bien y me dijo que no podía enviar mis cajas porque era para militares, que debía ir a otro correo postal que enviara a militar, escribo porque presentí que no le gustó que las interrumpieron y me tuve que devolver las 2 cajas grandes y pesadas a mi carro, volví a entrar a preguntar su nombre porque no me trató bien y DUDO Q esa instancia no pudiera brindarme el servicio para enviar a un militar. Ella se llama Adriana.
