  I recommend staying away from this UPS location; any other location will provide a more efficient, pleasant experience. I visited this local UPS store as usual today and was met with the worst attitude and treatment by the current manager. I’ve been to this location several times over the last few years that I’ve been a resident in the town, and I have never experienced anything similar. The employees have always been professional and polite. The current manager lacks basic communication skills and professionalism. Rather than asking for clarification in a kind manner, she was abrasive and unnecessarily rude. She needs extensive training in conflict resolution and customer service relations. There is no need for a manager to act with zero class nor to be confrontational with customers coming into the store. When I mentioned to her that I was having a bad day and did not appreciate the mistreatment, her response was “I’m sorry, that’s not my problem.” I am shocked that the franchise owners have appointed this new manager—who has absolutely no compassion for customers—to represent their store. It’s unfortunate for the customers, the employees, and the store’s success overall. I will not be returning to this UPS store for any services and have advised my close friends and neighbors to avoid it as well. I honestly feel terrible that customers have to endure her combative attitude; it’s horrendous. 😞 If franchise owners, Debbie and David Zinn, come across this review, I would encourage them to reevaluate their current management. After reading some of the other reviews here, I suspect this store will eventually suffer significant revenue loss. At the very least, customer satisfaction will certainly be negatively impacted. -Melissa M.
