- SPSofia PerlaApr 18, 20261.0Not that this location cares about these reviews given the number of 1 star reviews, but for anyone using this facility for anything related to your wedding (print invitations, collecting canva orders), I wouldn't. They’re not reliable. I ordered my save the dates through canva to be printed and collected here, and paid an additional $15 for envelopes. The envelopes weren’t included with the order. When I went back to collect them, Alberto told me he simply didn’t have enough, and despite the fact that I paid for them, unfortunately he wouldn’t be able to help me. Needless to say, besides attempting to recollect the envelopes I paid for, I won’t be back.
- SWSpencer WellbornApr 18, 20261.0I paid extra for guaranteed Saturday delivery. However FedEx lost my package and did not deliver it. I called FedEx twice but of course the only people you can speak with are overseas would not help me. The store does not assist in any way. Terrible service.

Didn't catch his name, but I was carrying a heavy box down the street and one of the employees saw, ran over and helped me take it the rest of the way into the store, and then helped me check out quickly and efficiently. Returning things are never a pleasant process but they certainly made it better. Thank you!

I came in at 8:53 as soon as I sat down in front of the computer Alexis the so called employee ,was giving me a count down on how many minutes left before he was closing and locking the door for me to get out . At 9:00 pm he threw me out befirvi could log off my email . Great customer service ,not even .
