- RBRob J. Beasley1 day ago5.0I had such a positive experience at this post office! Paul was hilarious, personable and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. After visiting the Margate post office twice without getting my ongoing address issue resolved, Paul quickly identified the problem and patiently walked me through the entire process. I truly needed the laugh, but I’m even more grateful that Paul helped me finally resolve the issue with my new address. His excellent customer service made the difference. Thank you, Paul!

Helped me get a PO box, gave useful advice and saved me a trip by asking if I needed mail forwarding form because we were moving and he noticed my out of state ID! Place was not crowded on Monday at 8 am, the other customers were served with greeting and a smile.

The line was long and it was only one clerk, the guy was literally RUDE AND LAZY Didn't want to check how long will take my package to arrive with a prepaid label, I wanted also to know much will cost me send a box faster and he told me in a NASTY WAY he will have to start a new label and it was too much for him to do it, also kept telling me that I should have come before 4 pm, as a customer I don't know when the mail goes out, I told him I don't know taht because I don't work there and he was replying in a sarcastic way that he neither work there. I feel I was singled out because he was nice to everyone but he heard me speak SPANISH and I believe it was a CLEAR ATTACK BASE IN RACISM!!! People like this shouldn't be in a public place HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTINGLY TO DEAL WITH.

Yesterday, a very important piece of mail showed up on Informed Delivery but not in my mailbox. I know mail is sorted out of the Pompono Beach center, and I don't know what is happening there. Needs investigation
