- TDTarra Dunlop5 days ago1.0Normally, this location is pretty great for what I need until today. I had to mail something internationally, and when being helped at the counter, they were not informative, nor were they explaining the options available, and when it came to the customs form, they kept having me change what I was marking the item as with no explanation. Overalll, a frustrating experience.

The individual who helped me interrogated me on what I was mailing in the small white envelope I had to the point I finally had to announce to everyone what I was sending out so there was no privacy or confidentiality. I told her I just wanted regular mail and she said it would be $30. I then said no sorry, just looking to send this the cheapest way possible so she said ok well then it will be $12. I said again, I'm sorry but I just need basic mail service and finally got the right amount of $1.90. The service was obviously not good and I will try a different location next time.

Cheaper to mail an 8"x8" paper with a bubble mailer via USPS than via UPS: roughly $4 for mailer and postage with USPS vs roughly $6.40 including an envelope with UPS. Really nice man working behind the counter! When I got excited about stamp designs (Barbie stamps! That were listed online but weren't listed as in stock there!), he got excited for me and showed me other stamps I'd like as well.

I was the last customer of the day and was running behind, but Charlene never made me feel rushed. While checking me in, she noticed that some of the items in my box presented safety concerns. She went above and beyond to help me, carefully putting the items back and making sure the box was safely sealed. Her patience, extra time, and genuine effort did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and dedication to making sure I was taken care of. Charlene is a great example of someone who goes the extra mile for her customers!

I had to go up to the post office and request to speak with someone regarding the issue. They were unable to get the carrier on the line. I was advised they would send her back out with my letter and l still haven’t gotten it.
