  Jackie was very helpful,patience and knowledgeable with her task.she was prompt with helping me with the computer and other issues with submitting my documents . I would definitely return to that location and recommend her .

  I was trying to return Amazon pacage. My return instructions specifically say that I only need to print the label and bring the item in the bag. This is exactly what i did. The employee refused to accept my return said the i need to purchase additional packaging. This is not what amazon said and i already paid amazon for the return in the UPS I returned similar items in other UPS exactly same way and it was not a problem. Not going to use this stire again and do not recommend others. Don’t waste your time here

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jackie provided absolutely AMAZING customer service! I came into the UPS Store needing to return a very heavy toilet to Amazon, and I was honestly worried about how I was going to manage getting it out of my car and in the store. Jackie immediately went above and beyond, she actually came out to my car and helped get the toilet out. She then got her coworkers to assist in getting it safely onto the scale. From start to finish, Jackie was incredibly helpful, patient, and pleasant. She made what I was expecting to be a very stressful and difficult return completely effortless. Her willingness to go the extra mile and help a customer without hesitation is exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. Jackie is truly an asset to the UPS Store. She is professional, friendly, compassionate, and always so pleasant to work with. Employees like her are what make customers want to come back.   I walk in between 3:30 and 4pm with a very large package , I asked for help I need to get it taped up I have a return label, all three employees look at me like I’m speaking another language, one person younger 20s is assisting a guest one person is leaning against the back counter and another person was wrapping up some paper work, at the other register. No one even acknowledges that I’m there. Another person walks in gets their mail from their P.O. Box and walks over to tell the employees his brother passed away. Now I get it it’s a small community everyone knows eachother everyone’s friendly and knows eachother, but then I’m looked at by the person behind the counter leaning on the back counter and told “you need to tape that”. They didn’t even offer to sell me tape. Im sorry but what customer service is that b.s. I come in asking for help get no response , then im ignored standing there waiting to get acknowledged and get handed that kind of line ? Nope I’m out, saved 8$ in a roll of tape for another store down the street with better customer service , Who even offered to help me re adjust, pack and tape the box . So I didn’t blow a a whole roll of tape which I purchased!
