  I absolutely hate coming to this location because one of the employees Jessica. She is rude, unfriendly, and acts like it's such a bother to give the most bare minimum customer service. She barely wants to interact with customers unless they are male I've noticed which is a bit concerning. Everytime I come here and she's on the register I can guarantee the line will be long, she will be taking her absolute sweet time to ring customers up and/or she will act clueless when an issue arises (which seems to be everytime I come to this location) thus holding up the line even more. Please open another location in Clermont because I refuse to come back to this one. I've been going to the one in Minneola which is further away but they are actually efficient with awesome customer service..

  I have read most of reviews. I must of come on the wrong day. One of the women thinks she is a diva. Taking her sweet time to help. When she decided to me, was informed to get a label printed i had to RENT the printer for $3.00 and then print the label for $1.25. Insane. Will not return to this location.

  It is now twice that I have walked into this store and Jessica does not even make eye contact with me or greet me in the slightest. She instead waits for me to say something as if I’m the associate. An associate should always greet their customers and at least ask how they can help. She then talks & looks at me like I’m bothering her when she has to greet me. I was trying to give the customer service here the benefit of the doubt the first time but two times is too much.

  WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR RETURNS! On Thursday the 28th at 1:57 PM, I brought 10 Amazon return packages to this location. Every single package had its corresponding shipping label printed and securely attached. However, when the employee handed me the receipt, I noticed they only scanned 9 items. They kept my 10th package without scanning it. Because of their mistake (or intentional negligence), Amazon has no evidence of the return, and I am out of my money. I spoke with the General Manager, Tea, and asked her to review the security cameras to prove I handed over 10 items. She completely refused, washed her hands of the situation, and unhelpfully said it wasn’t their problem and that I just needed to have the receipt. I also spoke with an employee named Jessica, who was equally useless and dismissive. They essentially stole my item and my money by keeping the package without scanning it. Terrible customer service and a total lack of honesty. Avoid this place if you don't want your items stolen. I will keep this review active until management contacts me to resolve this. If you check the cameras, confirm my 10th package was left there, and help me fix this with Amazon, I will gladly remove this post.

  Rude employees. They would rather engage in vapid chatter with each other than acknowledge customers. I ended up leaving without receiving help because they intentionally ignored me while I waited at the counter. They did not seem interested in doing their job. Extremely disrespectful and obnoxious. 6/3/2026 approximately 5:44 pm
