  Each time I come in to utilize different services, I am always pleased with the help. The people who work there are friendly and nice.

  Danielle helped me overcome a problem and get a document properly prepared to overnight ship. Her supervisor was also very helpful. I met a deadline due to their "above and beyond" kindness and skill.

  This is the worst store ever 😤 I when to Jamaica and brought back some wine and Jamaica rum for my friend. I noticed that the young lady was asking me a lot of questions about my wine and rum but I think of it as nothing. When she got the passage one of the wine was missing and the rum was open. I was so upset and called the store manager she was very rude. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

  I absolutely hate coming to this location because one of the employees Jessica. She is rude, unfriendly, and acts like it's such a bother to give the most bare minimum customer service. She barely wants to interact with customers unless they are male I've noticed which is a bit concerning. Everytime I come here and she's on the register I can guarantee the line will be long, she will be taking her absolute sweet time to ring customers up and/or she will act clueless when an issue arises (which seems to be everytime I come to this location) thus holding up the line even more. Please open another location in Clermont because I refuse to come back to this one. I've been going to the one in Minneola which is further away but they are actually efficient with awesome customer service..
