  On September 25 around 2:00 PM, I watched two UPS Store employees handle a very difficult customer interaction with an impressive amount of patience, professionalism, and hospitality. Even while the woman was being rude and repeatedly pressing them about free printing services, both employees remained courteous, kept smiling, and treated her respectfully. What impressed me most was that they did not allow the situation to disrupt the rest of the store. While continuing to address her concerns, they successfully processed about six other customer orders and kept the line moving without unnecessary delays. When it was my turn, they handled my fairly complicated order quickly and efficiently and gave me excellent advice about international shipping. Their knowledge, positive attitude, and ability to stay welcoming under pressure really stood out. They represented the UPS extremely well and provided the kind of customer service and hospitality that deserves recognition. I highly recommend this UPS Store location for all your business, printing, and shipping needs.

  I have received my mail for many months now which saved me moving from camp to camp in my RV. They take the time to check your mail by phone when you're out of their area and mail it to you wherever you may be at a low cost. Perfect!

  I recently used the notary service at UPS. The notary (store manager) was excellent. She was careful, efficient, and quick with the complex array of documents we provided. I highly recommend this notary service.

  I’ve shipped 251 orders this year with UPS across 10 different UPS store locations and never have any issues with the locations. The one time I stopped in to ship two items from this location, the items were scanned, labeled, and then the shipment details never updated. Both items show as never having been received or taken by UPS. When I called to ask for assistance, I was put on hold two days in a row for over 10 minutes at a time. When I called back those days, the lines was busy. When I finally got ahold of someone from the store on day 3, they couldn’t have been any less helpful and stated that in no way was it their fault that the items went missing, they would not assist me or escalate the issue, and my only recourse we to submit a missing package claim form online. Given the specialized shipping boxes I use, I believe that these items were stolen by the employees or mishandled purposefully. I would avoid this location, if something goes wrong on their end, they will just deflect the blame back to you and offer no assistance. The person I spoke to at the location treated me as if I wasn’t aware how shipping with UPS works and they could just deflect the blame elsewhere rather than offer assistance. She had a terribly attitude as well.
