  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lari absolutely deserves a five-star review! I’ve been to this Clermont location two days in a row to use the self-service printer and pick up some printing orders, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She remembered me from the day before, knew exactly what I was working on, and even called me today to make sure I didn’t accidentally place the wrong order. That kind of customer service is so rare. This location is a little farther out of my way, but I’ll gladly make the drive because the service is exceptional and the turnaround time is always quick. I’ve had less-than-great experiences at other locations, but this one has earned a loyal customer. Thank you, Lari, for going above and beyond!

  As the poster Sandra mentioned below awful and I mean the worst customer service. I believe I had Lari also. I tried to catch her name tag. I went in yesterday (06/20). When i arrived she was in the doorway sweeping i stood there to give her a sec. Never acknowledged me. Walked away. I asked about faxing documents. Response was it's over there and self serve. I asked if she could assist me since I was a bit overwhelmed. Again response just follow the steps on the screen. Then it jammed (and yes it was a bit my fault) so I asked for assistance again, we'll that seemed to irritate her since it is self serve. I said please. She stood by the counter saying I'm trying. I am like can you please step to the machine and assist me. And of course 2other people came in and she was like you are you dropping off packages.Her response was Great and awesome. I did not pre authorize enough on my cc I asked how can I add the remaining balance. Cold response you can''t. You have to start over. I could not believe you get paid in a customer position and it is to much to assist someone. I hope Fed Ex does read these post. Because her customer service skills need brushing up.

  Worst customer service at FedEx Office. I was the first customer in line when the doors opened at 8:00 a.m., but by 8:20 a.m. I still had not been helped. Instead, Lari chose to assist several customers who arrived after me while my transaction remained unfinished. I eventually had to ask for my ID and envelope back because I needed to leave for work. I arrived early specifically to avoid being late and to take care of my business quickly, but I was unable to complete my transaction due to the lack of attention and poor customer service. Being ignored while other customers were helped first was frustrating and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
