Nothing else could have been more important than this. At this point the service makes no sense. They should just shut it down. If something doesn’t work, they shouldn’t force it.

Another post-office is closer to me but they are absolutely HORRIBLE over there. the workers have no customer service at that other location. I will drive the 20 minutes to come to this post office because of how amazing the staff are
