  Experience extreme delivery issues to the point I was gaslit and lied to about a delivery driver knocking on my door while I was on the phone with customer service when no driver showed up or knocked on my door would not recommend them not honest or trustworthy as a delivery service

  This establishment is disgraceful. The store smells horrendous. The staff ignore you and are rude. If you buy from Amazon and they require you to return items to UPS do everything you can to get a different location. My preference is Whole Foods. I need to return two items “free returns” from Amazon when I get to UPS I am told $4.50 for one and $3.50 for the other. lol. Rip off.

  I went there on Sept 10th to return/refuse two unopened packages per the sender's instructions. Handed it to the store clerk who said there is no receipt for this kind of drop offs because the same tracking number will be used. I took a picture of both packages and left. As of today October 4th, the packages have not been scanned or sent back to the sender or returned to me. Customer service referred me back to the store to request help finding the package. Both employees at the location laughed at me when I told them Customer Service sent me there for that and gave me the same CS number I had already contacted - said it was not their problem as it wasn't a new shipment initiated at the store. Now the packages are lost and all I can think is someone from the store just took them for themselves or they ended up in the garbage. Now I'm out the items and the money as the seller can't refund if they don't receive it.

  Save your time and gas the lady that works there is super rude and I can’t believe she is the customer service behind the counter the face of this store. I walked in to send a simple item and when she got ready to help me I smiled and she yelled really hard can I help you like I’m deaf so I was startled and said excuse me ? And she yelled back at me so loud can I help you lol 😂 I’ve never ever been embarrassed or had this issue or seen this type of behavior at any shipper. Very rude and won’t ever recommend or come back !!! She even handed me her card when I said I would leave and go somewhere else. Chika B. Never ever ! Didn’t care to say sorry or make it right. Doesn’t give a damn.
