  Great store. Shipping prices are better than USPS. Packages delivered on time. Staff is very nice and helpful.

  Disrespectful and very rude. I received a email confirmation that my package was ready for pick up. In this confirmation email it clearly states at the bottom that if the addressee cannot pick up that pack the individual who does most provide ID and the tracking number. I sent my girlfriend to go pick up our Nespresso order and they refused to give to her. We followed the protocol on the email, and still she was given attitude with no specific reason. I'm assuming there is training issue there and the staff is not updated, or I'm wrong and that policy is out of date which they could have politely explained to us. Everyone is burnout in this world I understand that, but if you can't respectfully give the correct reason why you can't do something at least put a smile on your face.

  I had a simple question: "Do you accept drop-offs for Fedex?" It didn't say on they're website, so I called. After all of the AI-generated questions about who I was, what I wanted, account numbers that I didn't have, well over five minutes later found myself screaming REPRESENTATIVE! Then came the recorded sales pitches of all of their services. I never did get through—it asked for a callback, which I set up. I got the callback about 15 minutes later that started out with a recording about what number to press for my issue. Two minutes in, I was finally speaking to a human, obviously at a call center on the the other side of the world—only SHE was asking the questions; name, number, account number... I had to cut her off and talk over her with the G.D. question. The place is right up the street from me, and is a small place with just a counter and maybe three overworked employees. UPS obviously doesn't want to talk to you. Being in advertising and marketing my entire career, this is exactly how to kill a brand.

  Very disappointed that there is no guarantee or insurance for ground shipping. The agent said basically I'm out of luck if they lose my package! P.S.: The response from the owner doesn't even address my concern. It's a cut-and-paste reply. What bad service.
