  I have followed the store manager, Richard, for years! From Store to Store from Clearwater to Tampa, Oldsmar, and back to Clearwater. Why do I do this? Why am I so loyal to this man? Because he gives the ultimate customer experience. From the day, I first walked into his store years ago and experienced a different level of service from all of his staff until today when I can call him up and place orders for printing and shipping it is a quality experience. He is a great manager as far as I can see. The two stores I have been to where he has been the manager. You can just see a difference you were greeted when you come into the Store people offered to help you. They accommodate your needs and exceed expectations. That doesn’t happen by accident. Technically I want to tell you that Richard is very knowledgeable. He understands all the different shipping options and he is an expert with printing. He makes sure that the paper is cut so that your documents are centered. He makes sure when he is shipping a brochure order that he protects all of the corners so they don’t get damaged. That is why I am loyal and I speak so highly of Richard, his staff, his Store and FedEx office.

  The sweetest lady helped me with my package. She noticed my package was a graduation cap and gown right away just from the packaging alone and wished me congratulations and good luck. Could not have been more kind and caring. Someone give her a raise!

  I wanted to give a huge thank you to Angie at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Ulmerton Road. She was an absolute lifesaver for me the other day when I was on a very tight timeframe and needed multiple printing items completed quickly. From the moment I walked in, Angie went above and beyond to make sure all of my printing needs were handled perfectly. She was patient, professional, incredibly kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came out exactly right. Even while busy, she took the time to help, answer questions, and make recommendations that made the process so much easier and less stressful. Excellent customer service like that is hard to find these days. Angie truly made me feel looked after and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. The quality, speed, and attention to detail were outstanding. Highly recommend this location, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Angie! Also wanted to say how amazing Jose was today when he delivered our package! Instead of just not delivering the package due to the office being a little tricky to find he called us and let us know he was near and even helped me pull down the garage door! Thank you Jose! You are wonderful !

  I needed to talk to a live agent and the 800 number would not let me. This location is FABULOUS because they got me connected quickly to a live agent so I could fix a shipping address. BEYOND GRATEFUL because I really needed to receive the package. THANK YOU sooooooo much!
