Customer service is horrible from "Gail", she literally placed blame on us for this specific post office not stopping a package twice that had a hold request .once they even sent it to longboat key Florida, and she told me it was my job to call longboat key post office to try and have it shipped back to Chipley. When you fail a complaint, she is the one who handles her own complaints not to mention the flat out lies of "post master is out until tomorrow, " I left four messages for him and every time nothing. I ended up having to forward my complaint and tracking info to the post master general "Brennan" for my package to be stopped. Literally in transit 48 days and she stopped it within 2. We will never be dealing with this post office again or "Gail"
