  The most important reason for giving this rating is the overall quality of my experience with UPS. I appreciate how reliable and professional the service is, from the way packages are handled to the communication and delivery process. I also value the effort that UPS employees put into making sure packages arrive safely and on time. Even when there are unexpected delays or challenges, I appreciate the work that goes into resolving them and keeping customers informed. Overall, my experience has given me confidence in UPS, and that is the main reason I chose this rating.

  The UPS store has provided the solutions to all my personal and business mailing needs for over 10 years. I am pretty demanding and Elsa and Travis have never let me down. Just a thank you for doing what you do and being there when I need you to be!

  Elsa was extremely friendly and helpful with shipping out my package. The price was reasonable and the location was right around the corner.

  Terrible service, not once but both visits. Travis is extremely rude for no reason. For a visit as simple as scanning a bar code and collecting a box (already packaged and ready to be shipped out), I’m not sure how or why he found it hard to be of assistance. I’ve returned items at this location before with other employees with no problem, but whenever he’s there I’ve been turned away after being told he cannot take the item. I drove out my way to another location as was in and out (same process) In literally two minutes. I’m not sure what his problem is, but it’s apparent he is not customer service oriented or either dislike his job either way please do better (kindness get you further!!

  Avoid this location: Dishonest fees on Amazon returns The owner routinely attempts to force customers to pay for boxes, tape, or printing labels on returns that are clearly covered by Amazon under the "no box, no label" policy. I confirmed directly with Amazon customer support beforehand that my specific returns were completely free and required zero packaging. Despite showing this, the owner still tried to charge me. When I called him out and mentioned reporting the store to Amazon and UPS corporate, he just feigned surprise and tried to act innocent in front of other customers. Double-check your return instructions with Amazon before paying a cent. Take your business to another location that respects official return policies instead of ripping off customers.
