  Mateos helped me . I was having the hardest time printing out the return slip because my phone kept going into SOS mode. He was patient and I was able to get my package returned.

  I came in to pay to have them notarize a document. However, my printer wasn’t working and they wanted to charge me $5.99+ a $3 service fee to print one piece of paper so I could PAY them to notarize a document. Wild.

  Very rude female employee working today during an Amazon drop off. Have a brother that runs a UPS store and I understand that amazon returns are overwhelming, but that's no excuse to be rude to customers. Even when we have been there in the past they were condescending and rude. If these returns annoy you then put up friendly signs with instructions or hire people that belong in customer service. These younger kids are just plain rude
