  The staff at Celebration are high schoolers who don't explain how to use the computers for printing labels, and they make faces when asked. The girl who helped me—or rather didn't—spoke so quietly I could barely hear her. Management needs to hire people who actually want to work, rather than leaving customers to do their jobs. UPS, please pay attention to your customer service staff.

  Absolutely ridiculous business model for a UPS Store. I came in for one of the most basic services UPS Stores routinely provide: emailing a document to the store so they can print it. Apparently, this location does not allow that. They claim they don’t have internet access or access to the store email because they handle “sensitive information” — which is a bizarre excuse considering countless UPS Stores handle the exact same type of information every day while still allowing customers to email documents for printing. Instead, customers are expected to RENT one of their computers, log in, download their own documents and print everything themselves — making a simple print job slower, more inconvenient, and of course more expensive. The staff was genuinely lovely, helpful and clearly doing the best they can. My issue is entirely with the owner and the way this store is operated. Cutting such a basic service and forcing customers into a more expensive, cumbersome option feels incredibly cheap and penny-pinching. There are plenty of independently owned businesses worth supporting. Personally, I’d rather spend my money somewhere that prioritizes customer service over squeezing a few extra dollars out of a basic printing job. Great employees. Terrible ownership decisions. I won’t be coming back.

  BEWARE OF THIS UPS LOCATION STORE EMPLOYEE DIANA WILL VOID YOUR AMAZON RETURN AFTER YOU LEAVE! Just had an interaction with Dianna 9/5 1:50pm. asked to throw away my Amazon bag she said No she also added if I leave it here in the garbage can for customers once I leave she is going to void Amazon Returns i iust gave her to process I got my receipt and laughed in my face. Dianna openly admitted to committing theft of Amazon returns. Beware of this location at all costs and get receipts! EDIT:: Had to get the police involved due to her only processing one of my two returns that I have a receipt for. It’s theft 100%
