  Clean location, looks new. Location showing in Google maps is wrong. It's next to Pokemoto towards the public instead of where it's showing on Google maps. Also their logo is plain white unlike the traditional logo. So it's a bit hard to locate.

  It’s close to my home, the staff there are very friendly, and I recommend that office.

  The lady on the store was fantastic and super patient, this review is for the owner of the store, knowing the lack of phone reception in the area they do not offer internet connection to their customers. Knowing that 70% of their business is Amazon returns not having WiFi for customers is unacceptable, is 2026 , and every single place in town offers basic WiFi EDIT AFTER THE OWNER RESPONSE: I own a business and we manage a lot of transactions with sensitive information too, so we have a private network for our equipment, and a guest network for our customers, also every other UPS store in the area has WiFi, so it’s not an issue at all

  I went to this UPS earlier today and a young lady named Sofia was extremely helpful, polite and professional while helping me resolve an issue. Thank you so much for your help Sofia I appreciate it so much!
