Raised her voice, dismissed him rudely. Poor guy, I was speechless. Then it was my turn and same thing. Incredibly rude, raised her voice at me, but I kept my cool. Something is off with this lady. USPS needs to do something about it. The Cape Coral community does not deserve to be treated this way. The other workers at this store have always being very professional and helpful. Back in the day I used to come here all the time, never had an issue. Can't imagine how the other USPS workers feel like working with her specially as manager. Kathy absolutely needs to be moved to another position, work in the back or work somewhere else. She has no right to speak to members of the community like they're dogs.
