- KKkaliMay 8, 20261.0Live right across the street from the theater/park off cultural the mail lady will come to my mailbox put the red handle down and won't get out of car to get the package. The one day she came to my mailbox went to drive away as I walk out the door and grab the box she's supposed to come to the front door to get (there's a note in mailbox saying package pickup at front door) and as I hand her the package. She then hands me a package that was supposed to be delivered to me and she was going to drive off and not drop my package off nor pick the package up. Im not sure if my mail lady just doesn't read English or is too lazy to do the job she's being paid to do.
- STSeaker Of truthMay 3, 20261.0The ladies behind the counter are very unfriendly. The last & final time I went in there, I indeed got there right before they closed. There was basically no line besides 1 person in front of me I think. Then when I got to the counter I was trying to ask a question about what I was shipping (as it was my turn) & a dude came from behind me and the lady totally just moved me off to the side and took care of him. That’s not even close to the worst part. Eventually he left and I slid back over & tried to continue my turn. Long story short I was shipping an envelope of a card I sold on WhatNot & being my first sale I had questions about shipping label that I couldn’t figure out at home. So then I just decided to mail it regularly without a label and just write down the address on the envelope. As I was writing the address (as fast as a human can possibly write) the lady says “Come on, let’s go! Hurry up it’s 6:30”….you don’t even need to be there to hear the rude tone of voice & how she said it. You can just read her quote to understand how unprofessional & rude that is. I told her I was sorry & I can leave etc & I didn’t know they closed at 6:30 . I just moved here recently. And all she said was “it was your choice” whatever the heck that means. It took me probably 15-20 whole seconds to write this address on the envelope. At some point of her being rude I had 2 letters of the last word left! LOL. After I put the pen down I just left and said I’ll do it elsewhere. I’d rather have to drive to another post office another day than to support this place. I’ve seen how her & other workers talk to other customers as I’d wait in line. It’s disgusting behavior. This lady in particular is a black woman with an accent. I understand it can suck when people get there last minute but all businesses deal with that. Walmart, target, bars, restaurants etc. And not ever in my life have I been talked to like that. When I got back to my car in the parking lot it was 6:38pm….8 mins. 8 mins triggered her true unprofessional & immature rude self. If she didn’t push me to the side for some random guy that came from behind me with a box. Maybe I would of been out of there in 1 minute….or he would of been the victim to her disrespect. Who knows!….considering this place has 2.5 stars & every review I see is negative I understand unfortunately it’s not just me. This world is already a dark place & people like her /them don’t make it any brighter. Sad.

Yeah absolutely not I will never ever ask USPS to ship a package ever again like FedEx or UPS will save you the headache I promise they can't do anything like if you want that stereotypical customer service agent that cannot do anything to help you that would be USPS for you, they cannot give you a refund they cannot do anything, let alone ship a package as requested, save yourself the headache go somewhere else to do it, no self-service kiosks available can do what was needed
