  I've been here a couple of times for shipping returns. They seem very disorganized and understaffed. It's a mess!

  Used the copy machines to make copies. Plain black and white copies on plain paper off of the copier printer glass. Charged $4.80+ against my credit card, NO COPIES PRINTED, plain white papper spit out, ORIGINAL ON THE GLASS, not copied. $5 stolen from me, cc charged, no clerk can help. I know "only $5" ,,,,, but if nobody can do nothing; DON'T TRUST STAPLES, del prado, Cape Coral for anything. STAY AWAY. Aggravating to say the least. .

  Apparently people can come in early ugh for needoh drops, swap places with people in line and then come back up to the front after they parade around the entire store the whole two hours the other person is actually sitting in their spot securing it and take one of the two last items. Ty for the response. How do I contact you further? The woman had glasses and was mid 40’s I’d assume. She threatened to kick me out and pull up camera footage showing the other girl was here first; which she was. But then she swapped spots with me, giving me her 2nd spot and didn’t even stay in line for like 95% of the time we waited.

  The store, floors, counters, registers, windows and doors are all filthy. The manager can't be bothered with customers. She saw me standing there and I asked her for help for an Amazon return and she immediately sent me to the wrong place. Then when the girl came up there to wait on the Amazon line after she stood back there folding boxes for a total of four and a half minutes looking at me standing there, she then sends me to another line as well as the 19 people that were behind me. But then she proceeded to wait on people who came into the store after us. Wade was obviously mad that he was at work and mad that he had to wait on customers Although the store takes Amazon returns they refuse to provide a receipt. They do not seem to have enough employees to manage the business managerial skills in the building. And really, I came here to buy a laptop but remembered I had an Amazon return in my car. I did not buy the laptop and I will not be back to the store until they can clean it up and hire some skilled managers and employees that know how to act right.
