  The lady in the printing department went above and beyond to help me out, even though the mistake was on my end. She helped me to fix it in a timely manner and get my project complete.

  I couldn't be more disappointed in Staples on Del Prado in Cape Coral. A few days ago (8/13/26) I went there to get 50 color photocopies printed on card stock. I brought the original document to be copied. There was one clerk at the copy center who was immersed in helping this older gentleman who had dozens of papers and pictures he wanted copied a certain way. He did not appear especially pleasant and the clerk was visibly frustrated with him. I was the only other person at the counter until several other customers came over. A second clerk, Staci, came to assist and went to the man standing next to me. He told her that I was there first and she commented "I know" but continued to wait on him. She then went to another customer. I patiently stood by as she waiting on two more customers. When she came over to me to inquire about my job, another employee interrupted her and the two walked away, again leaving me at the counter. When she returned, she was pleasant enough and assisted in helping me pick the correct stock for my copy job, but told me it would not be ready until the next day. I pointed to the large poster on the wall that read "today means today." She laughed and said, 'I know. I left the job with her and she told me to give her until 10am the next day. I agreed and picked up my print job the next day (8/14/26) around noontime. Fast forward to yesterday, 8/16/26 - my husband dropped off a quick color copy job - 10 copies / legal sized - 8.5 x 14 on card stock. Original document provided to them. He was told they would not be ready until the next day. The same poster was still on the way "today means today." It was Sunday and the store closed at 6pm, but I received a message from the store at 6:28pm that the job was ready for pick up. Store was already closed. He went to the store at 12:45 this afternoon to pick up the job. The copies were done and in a brown paper bag. He did not look and trusted the job was correct. He gets home this evening and the copies were made on regular 20 lb legal size paper - not card stock. I could have made the copies here at my home office printer and had it done yesterday, but I wanted them on card stock, which is too thick for my printer to handle. Disappointed in the customer service, in false advertising that jobs could be done today, (after all, they were both very small jobs that could have been done while you wait), and incorrect order. We will not be going back to Staples - ever.

  Went to look for battery charger for phone and the sweetest lady took us straight to it. She explained everything clearly and so kind, thank you. The manager Sean always knowledgeable and eager to explain things, going out of his way to help. Thank you.yes
