- SMSarai Reguero Marin1 day ago4.0Customer service is normally great but there is only one employee at this store and last time she was sick. Asked her why she didn’t have someone to cover for her since she was really sick and the short answer was she is on her own at that store. From that day on I noticed a change in her attitude but compared to other post office this one is one of the best ones close to me!
- PNPhyllis NicosiaApr 21, 20261.0I'm sorry if this sounds rude but I have a problem with someone who had died 4 years ago and changed her address recently which is impossible and the agent couldn't understand English and couldn't speak English well and after 10 times of me saying that she's dead I hung up so I don't know what to do about this and please have agents who understand and speak English handle phone calls

Anyway, she is such a hardworking person and she is the nicest postmaster. She represents the USPS well. I love this office. I know it sounds weird to say that you enjoy the post office, but the charm of the small town feel of this location and her sweet demeanor is just lovely. I avoid going to the BIG post office because the service at the Candler PO is just the best and I always leave with a smile.
