- USUnited We stand3 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve call three times and it ask me to hold and it’ll notify me when to pick up the phone just rings for 5-10 mins straight. The last time i called i stayed on the phone for 7 mins listening to it ring and someone hung the phone up. I’ve lived here in bushnell for 20 years and that place isn’t ever busy. How hard is it to pick and take a call back number

Following an incident in late March where a window clerk was openly mocking, I submitted a formal complaint via the official USPS site in May. Instead of an objective review, the local Postmaster, Gabriel, called me and was incredibly confrontational, defensive, and dismissive. They also completely ignored a documented ADA accommodation request for email communication, forcing a stressful verbal interaction instead. Because of these situations, I do not feel safe interacting with or going to the Bushnell Post Office. If you have an issue here, bypass this office entirely and go straight to District.
