- SUSteve USep 13, 20265.0Always friendly staff and great service! I prefer to purchase my postage online because you get a better deal but I always drop it off in person so I get a receipt. Highly recommend using the post office. This is a valuable service that we can afford to lose in this country. If you ever catch your postal carrier at your home be nice to them say hello and tell them to have a blessed day! :) Have a blessed day!
- MGMegan GroatAug 13, 20263.0Its the post office so i cant hate on it but the label printer is always down...then u ask well when do you think it will be back running...who knows...ok...kinda weird the buyer pays for shipping...in my case anyway. So your telling me it will be down all day. .. tomorrow? Next week? ..the system wasnt down as i just purchased something and got a receipt? So it looks like your ink is in stock. wouldn't all services be down are u offline?? Hello DO YOU know anything? im no post master but this is crazy. Then you guys close at 4:30 so everyone that works has no chance to do anything. Working and they get their pay taxes come out ,,, hundreds of dollars which pay the POST OFFICE // Government funding WE the people expect to have a working post office, not running properly one day a week. This will be discussed at city council meeting. Get us a new printer if thats the real issue. As well, it would help if the post master or whoever the hell runs this joint to tell his employees to smile I dont care if you worked here 20 years. Be grateful you have this position although u dont personally care that the label printer is down at least act like you do give me sone hope. I apologize honey for the inconvenience the lobby is open 24/7 try maybe later? ill make some calls to make this a priority because I care about your mail. Ok A little much but looking at me like im a freak because I asked when it will be running only adds to the lack of stars u just got. Rude. Bad vibes and just government yucky film plastered all over your face. Call me crazy call me what u want but I would take that same energy and make some phone calls so all your STATE funded services are working. I do have to add i put 5 stars for the man who was here the other day and told me about the 24/7 lobby he was nice, knowledgeable , maybe the supervisor im guessing. But great customer service. - USUnited We standJul 24, 20261.0Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve call three times and it ask me to hold and it’ll notify me when to pick up the phone just rings for 5-10 mins straight. The last time i called i stayed on the phone for 7 mins listening to it ring and someone hung the phone up. I’ve lived here in bushnell for 20 years and that place isn’t ever busy. How hard is it to pick and take a call back number
- ZZZBJun 5, 20261.0I am leaving this review to warn others about how this office handles customer issues. Following an incident in late March where a window clerk was openly mocking, I submitted a formal complaint via the official USPS site in May. Instead of an objective review, the local Postmaster, Gabriel, called me and was incredibly confrontational, defensive, and dismissive. They also completely ignored a documented ADA accommodation request for email communication, forcing a stressful verbal interaction instead. Because of these situations, I do not feel safe interacting with or going to the Bushnell Post Office. If you have an issue here, bypass this office entirely and go straight to District.
