It is bad enough paying the inflation to mail a frigging envelope! I used to mail a couple of hundred Christmas cards, birthday cards etc. Now I am shocked if I mail 10 because of stamps!!!! I don't even mail bills. I let the bank mail them for me!!!! It is just crazy 🤪!!! Thank you again for having some nice staff left in America!!!
- EPEsmeralda Ortiz palaciosMar 9, 20261.0Terrible experience. We had an appointment today with our 3-month-old baby to get his passport. We came from Spring Hill, almost an hour's drive. Unfortunately, we arrived 14 minutes late. When a Latino guy attended to us, he said our appointment was at 10:00 AM, not 10:15 AM, and that he couldn't see us. I told him to ask his supervisor, and they said they couldn't see us because there were appointments every 15 minutes and they were full. There was only one other woman waiting. It's not fair that we traveled from so far away with a baby. I think they should have better customer service and maybe make an exception since we were already there.
